The concept of SwimZen first started in 2024. As individuals who have worked in the tech industry yet still connect with our swimming roots, we were frustrated with the inconvenience of every aspect of the swim coach/admin workflow. The systems in swimming have existed for decades and many hold onto the idea that what's not broken doesn't need fixing.

We believe we can make working on a swim team more efficient, organized, and most importantly, easy. Besides, we're our own customers, constantly interacting with the areas of coaching and managing swim teams. Our daily gripes turn into our motivation for making a better product.
